1.  The deposit is/are non-refundable.
2.  Check-in Time is 2:00 P.M.
3. Check-out Time is 12:00 noon.
4. RF Key is only valid for the number of nights that were already paid.
5. Hotel Rooms are only good for two (2) occupants and Villas & Resort are good for six (6) occupants.
6. Swimming Pool Usage for Hotel Guest up to maximum of 3 persons & for Villas & up to 6 persons-----exceeding persons for Hotel, Villas & Resort will be charged Php350 per head.
7. Exceeding hour rate for Hotel Room is Php200 & for the Villa is Php500.00 & for 1 bedroom unit Rina is Php400 & for 2 bedroom Unit Rina is Php700.00
8. Beyond six(6) hours is considered one (1) day
9. Telephone Calls ( incoming / outgoing ):

   7. Blanket Rental--------------------------------------------------------------------Php100.00
   8. Blood Stain or any damage made on Towels & Bed sheets--------Php600.00
   9. Blood Stain or any damage made on Bed sheets----------------------Php800.00
   10. Blood Stain or any damage made on Bathmat--------------------------Php300.00
   11. Blood Stain or any damage made on pillowcase-----------------------Php200.00
